Everything at Meadowlark & Poppy is hand made to order in my home studio in San Diego. Here's what to expect.

Processing & turnaround:

Sizing kits & Shape finder Kits: Ships within 3–5 business days
Solid color sets: 7–10 business days from the date YOU provide your nail shape & size/length.
Custom design orders: 10–14 business days after the design is finalized & you provide your nail sizes.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Orders ship via USPS within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I'll work with you to make it right (replacement or refund). For lost packages, contact USPS first with your tracking number — if the package is officially lost, reach out and we'll figure it out together.

Returns & refunds

Because every set is hand made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Solid color sets (painted to order in your size)
Custom design orders
Sizing kits (used for measurement)

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, email me within 24 hours of ordering for solid color sets. Custom orders can be cancelled before painting begins. After painting starts, I've already invested time and materials in your set, so cancellations are no longer possible.

Quality issues: If your set arrives with a defect (paint chipping out of the box, broken nail, wrong size despite using a sizing kit, etc.), email me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I'll repair or replace the affected piece(s) at no charge.

Sizing kit notes

Sizing kits are required for first-time custom and solid color orders. Kits are shape-specific — sizes from one shape (almond, coffin, etc.) don't carry over to another. If you want to try a different shape, you'll need a new sizing kit for that shape. See How It Works for more.

I currently ship within the United States only.
