Custom sets are a collaboration. Tell me what you're imagining — colors, motifs, the occasion, your aesthetic, a sketch, an inspo photo — and we'll work it out together over email or DM. Custom orders come in four tiers based on time and intricacy, so we can match your vision to your budget.
How it Works
Send me an email hello@meadowlarkandpoppy.com or DM on Instagram to start the conversation that you'd like a custom design.
We will correspond and finalize on a design that fits your budget.
After approval, I will let you know which Tier to purchase.
After your order is received and your nail sizes are provided it takes 10-14 business days for a custom set to be mailed out.
A few things to know
Made to order, made by hand. Everything in the shop is hand painted in my home studio after you order — which means there's a wait, but every set is genuinely yours, never sitting on a shelf.
Processing & turnaround:
Sizing kits & Shape finder Kits: Ships within 3–5 business days
Solid color sets: 7–10 business days from the date YOU provide your nail shape & size/length.
Custom design orders: 10–14 business days after the design is finalized & you provide your nail sizes.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
First-time buyers: start with a sizing kit for your favorite shape. Kits are shape-specific, so if you want to try a different shape later, you'll need a new one for that.
Disclaimer: Apply with non-UV nail glue or adhesive tabs only. Do not use UV gel glue — that should be reserved for licensed nail professionals. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to nail products, patch-test before applying a full set and discontinue use if irritation occurs. You are responsible for proper application and removal; Meadowlark & Poppy is not liable for injury, damage, or reactions resulting from misuse.
